Fairytale Gardens is new to Australia, it is an exciting world where
gardening and doll houses meet with a touch of mystical fairies.
*Most of our products are handmade and may have a few little quirks, like crooked doors.
(please note that the fairy houses little doors may come off, this is one of their quirks and we can't fix this, if this does happen please use a little super glue to pop them back on).
*Even though these items are toy like they are NOT toys, they can also be a choking hazard and are not recommended for children under the age of 5.
Shipping to You
*Excludes New Zealand, NT, WA and PO Boxes.
*We will use either Australia Post standard or Couriers Please.
*Not valued on orders Including Selected Large Houses, Led and Solar Houses. (you will be invoiced for shipping if your order has any of these houses).
*This is for a limited time only and these terms may change at anytime.

*All items sent from us via Australia Post will incur an additional cost at checkout for insurance, this cover is for your items in case they go missing or are broken in transit. If you ask for (ATL) authority to leave this will void the insurance and any loss or damage will no longer be our reasonability.
*We try our best to keep the shipping to a reasonable price but sometimes the online Postage calculator gets the prices wrong, if you believe that the chargers maybe wrong please contact us it will then be handled at the discretion of Fairytale Gardens.
*We no longer refund Postage in cases that an over charge or incorrect postage was made by our live Australia Post system.
*If you choose the Courier option, please use a home address as they do not accept PO Box's, we will then choose a suitable courier for your parcels, if we find Australia Post is the better option this will be used.
*Fairytale Gardens wants to protect the wonderful world of our little fairies, with this we try to recycle our boxes/paper as much as we can to make their world a better place. We thank you for supporting the choice to recycle.
Time frames for Deliveries
*Orders will be packed and shipped promptly from Queensland within 24hrs upon receipt of full payment, or same day if placed before 11am QLD time and not via courier. (Excluding weekends, busy periods like Christmas, and Courier parcel what will ship within 48hrs of payment)
VIC 3-5 Business Days
QLD, NSW 2-4 Business Days
SA, ACT 3-6 Business Days
New Zealand 5-15 Business Days
Rest of Australia (including Rural): 5-14 Business days
*We also Shipp to New Zealand but we sadly don't offer any other international orders.
Note: Delivery may take an extra 1-4 days during peak times (Eg.. Easter and Christmas)
* Courier is not an express, same day or overnight service, it can take up to 1-10 business days depending on your location.
* Fairytale gardens take no responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address due to you entering incorrect shipping information.
** It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping information provided is correct.
***Fairytale gardens take no responsibility in the event of missing parcels and no replacements or refunds will given in the event you stated parcel to be left unattended when posted to you in the checkout section of your order.
****All items will be sent with a tracking number and can be tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you or you can track on your Fairytale gardens account, unless you have ordered your delivery through another company.
***Full Insurance is only offered on Australia post deliveries all other companies require a $200 loss or damage claim, if your parcel is loss or damaged by Courier we will follow this up with them and the result will be at the discretion of the Couriers Company.
***If you have not received your parcel 2 days after your timeframe for delivery ETO please let us know asap. We are unable to refund or resend any orders that are not been reported missing to us after 2 days of their ETO.
Broken or Damaged or Missing Items in Transit.
Please inform us within 24hrs of receiving your items if there is any problems (we may allow a few more days under certain circumstances, but NO more than 5 days), if it is after this date we are unable to offer you any compensation.
In the first instance we recommend that you call us on 0400 469 699 as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem.
***Full Insurance is only offered on Australia post deliveries all other companies require a $200 loss or damage claim, Free shipping will not include insurance.
Broken products will be refunded or credited in full, what you need to do.
Firstly send us photo of the item to confirm item is broken, if no photo is supplied we will not be able to help you, then contact your local Australia Post or courier company and make a claim for goods damaged in transit, if you do not do this we can't help you. Once this is complete we will follow this up with Courier Company and let you know when your claim has/hasn't been approved, if aproved you will then be offered a replacement or we can refund you for the item.
** Please Note that if you ask for (ATL) authority to leave in any way this will automatically void all insurances and any loss or damage will no longer be our responsibility and if you wish to take it further will need to be done with the courier company used.
*** All claims during the Christmas Holidays will take 6-8weeks, we are sorry about this and unfortunately can not do anymore to fix this problem for you.
If you receive a credit for any items damaged or faulty this credit will only be valued for 14 days, and cannot be used after this time.
Any Credit for Missing items within an order will only be valued for 90 Days, and cannot be used after this time.
* If a refund is agreed upon we will refund you in full via your payment method.
* Or a Replacement can be sent within your next order.
If the item is incorrect you have two options
**send the item back at your cost (or return parcel to sender) and we will send you the correct item.
**Or if you would like to keep the incorrect item we will give you a discounted credit for the item on your account.
(We only offer refunds and credits on items missing or incorrect, not replacements unless item is returned).
If you change your mind for any reason on an item we do not offer returns refunds.
If you are unhappy with an item and want to return it, please contact us to have this agreed on before returning, if you return an item as your not happy, or the item has a quirk that we have in our terms we will ONLY refund you for the item, no postage, insurance or handling will be refunded, (this includes the postage you paid to have the item posted to you and postage you paid for the return).
If you return an item please make sure you have insurance as if it's returned broken will will not be able to refund you. If you return an item without contacting us first we will be unable to refund you.
Most of our items are handmade/painted and may have a few little quirks, these items are not faulty, defected or damaged, and they are just quirky.
With all our fairy houses and their little doors, these doors may come off, be lose, firm, stuck or even have funny screws, this is a quirk. Please also note they are not a toy as explained in the product care and not to be played with. Sadly as this is one of their quirks and we can't fix, replace or refund you. We are sorry if you have not read the terms and conditions regarding this prior to purchase.
(If the door comes off please use a little super glue to reattach)
We do not split orders
If you pre-order any items, your items will be shipped to you once all the items are in stock at Fairytale Gardens, we will send you an email letting you know that they have arrived in stock and when they will be shipped to you. If for any reasons a product has not arrived to Fairytale Gardens as expected or damaged we will contact you for a replacement item or refund of this item.
If you have been credited for any reason, this credit must be used within 3 Months for the date of credit.
*If you receive a credit for any items damaged or faulty this credit will only be valued for 14 days, and cannot be used after this time.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the order date and will expire after that, when purchasing a Gift Vouch please note they are not valid with any other offers including Fairy Rewards.
(If you purchase a gift voucher with any discount we will only honor the amount paid after the discount, eg. $50 Gift bought used a 10% Fairy reward discount = $45 paid, we will only send a Gift voucher valued at $45).
Delivery cost are not covered by any Credits or Gift Vouchers, but if you wish for this please contact us and we will adjust this (this is a glitch in the system).
Guarantees, warranties and refunds & Cancelled Orders
At Fairytale Gardens we try to stock the highest quality products available but recognise that sometimes a product you have purchased may be defected.
Our items come with a limited warranty that applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Fairytale Gardens (the “physical goods”)
What does my warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects not mention or that you are not made aware of when purchasing your product in the material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, Fairytale Gardens will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems?
Fairytale Gardens will either repair the product at no charge, using new or replacement parts.
Please return the item to Fairytale Gardens at your cost and we will have this fixed and or replaced and sent back to you.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty period for physical Goods purchased from Fairytale Gardens is 21 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical goods or 21 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited Warranty not cover?
This limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in the material or workmanship,
Refunds will not be given in the event:
*You received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
*It does not cover misused or neglect of any items, this includes wrong use of item, not following the correct care for item as required in result has caused the problem
*It also does not cover you if you knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product,
(eg. The fairy house doors may come loss in transit of from use over time, this is a known fault and to purchase these houses you agree to them being faulty).
*Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order at not fault but your own,
eg change of mind, decided you no longer need the items or that you ordered with free postage but exceeded our free shipping rules (eg. max Houses) and will be billed for shipping,
For any of these reasons you will be charged a 10% OF YOUR ORDER RESTOCKING FEE.
If you cancel your order for a valid reason that is agreed upon by our staff no restocking fee will be charged.

If you pay via bank deposit, please pay within 24 hours of purchase. We will hold your order for 5 days for payment to clear, once payment has cleared we will send your order that day or the next working day.. If your payment does not show after 7 days your order will be cancelled unless you have contacted us regarding payment.
If you pay via PayPal, your order should be sent within 24hrs, sometimes PayPal payment that are coming from your bank account linked to your PayPal may take 2 days to clear.
We now accept Credit Cards via Stripe this is a very safe way to pay and none of your credit card details are kept on file.
Any refunds will be refunded into the account which you had used.
*When you redeem your points, postage will be an additional cost as the points only cover items not delivery.
*Your points will show on your order once your order has been marked as shipped.
*Fairy rewards can't be used on sale items, with any other specials or with vouchers.
*Please note that our Fan Builder & Refer-a-Friend rewards are now closed, and all codes have expired.
*These terms may change at any time.
