Guarantees, warranties and refunds
At Fairytale Gardens we try to stock the highest quality products available but recognise that sometimes a product you have purchased may be defected.
Our items come with a limited warranty that applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Fairytale Gardens (the “physical goods”)
What does my warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects not mention or that you are not made aware of when purchasing your product in the material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, Fairytale Gardens will repair or replace, at no charge, or credit products or parts that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems?
Fairytale Gardens will either repair the product at no charge or credit you for the an agreed amount, the amount will be a percentage of the damage or fault that effects the item.
Please return the item to Fairytale Gardens at your cost for a full refund if your not happy with you options. (please note we will not refund postage).
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty period for physical Goods purchased from Fairytale Gardens is 21 days from the date of purchase,.
A replacement physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical goods or 21 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited Warranty not cover?
This limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in the material or workmanship, incorrect use.
Refunds will not be given in the event:
*You received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
*It does not cover misused or neglect of any items, this includes wrong use of item, not following the correct care for item as required in result has caused the problem
*It also does not cover you if you knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product,
(eg. The fairy house doors may come loss in transit of from use over time, this is a known fault and to purchase these houses you agree to them being faulty).
*Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
